瑞士联邦委员会2026年10月14日就《通信平台与搜索引擎新法》草案通过决议，拟禁止对未成年人投放基于画像的定向广告。草案还将增补保护儿童的措施，并把举报程序扩展至涵盖所有涉嫌违法的内容；联邦环境、交通、能源与通信部（DETEC）需在2027年底前完成立法说明。

Berne, 14.10.2026 — At its meeting on 14 October, the Federal Council took note of the results of the consultation process on the new law on communication platforms and search engines, and instructed the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) to draw up a dispatch by the end of 2027. The preliminary draft is to be amended with measures to protect children. Furthermore, the reporting procedure is to be extended to include all content suspected of being unlawful.
